Step One | MAKING THE CONNECTION
A request has been sent through our website, either a general inquiry, consultation request or sample request. Our customer service team reviews, and a point of contact to follow up is assigned.
STEP TWO | DISCOVERY
A member of our team will follow up with you to set up an consultation either by phone, in person or video
• Learn more about you, and your project

Understand timelines
• Review budget price ranges
• Advise on external additional charges (installation etc)
STEP THREE | SAMPLE REQUEST
Once we have reviewed the scope of work, and you are familiar with what you need, you can submit a sample request either after a consultation or through our web.
NOTE: If a custom sample is required it must have info on project that was discussed during consultation
• Application for the glass
• Timing
• Budget
• Estimated Quantities etc
STEP FOUR | Sample Fulfilment
It generally takes 5 – 15 business days to turn around samples. It is all dependant on whether or not the sample is of existing product or new/custom.
STEP FIVE | Sample Approval
If the sample is approved, and Imagic product/sample is being specified a specific reference to IMG Code is used.
STEP FIVE | QUOTING
We quote glazing contractors, installers, who will then quote, supply and install for the General Contractor.
