Step One | MAKING THE CONNECTION

A request has been sent through our website, either a general inquiry, consultation request or sample request. Our customer service team reviews, and a point of contact to follow up is assigned.

STEP TWO | DISCOVERY

A member of our team will follow up with you to get more details on your request
• project info
• timing
• budget etc

STEP THREE | QUOTING

Once we have acquired the base information necessary we will issue a quote. The process takes about 1-2 business days to turn around. To submit a formal quote request email [email protected]

STEP FOUR | Order Fulfilment

The customer issues us a PO referencing our approved quotation
• We send an order confirmation from [email protected] including production lead times
• Once order confirmation approval received production begins.
• Order status and updates provided by IMG customer service during production process

STEP FIVE | FOLLOW UP

But our contact doesn't stop once the product leaves our building... this will change with the automation piece -- for now lets just say what we do currently
